We stand behind our product.  If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund (less original shipping). Please mail your return to:

We wish for everything to go as smooth as possible, but occasionally packages may get damaged in shipment.  If an item arrives damaged it needs to be noted “damaged” prior to signing for the package.  Please contact us immediately of receipt of damaged goods to discuss your options.We do not have a restocking fee on approved returns. To obtain a RMA number you must contact us at 888-447-8380 (USA toll free) within 30 days of receipt of goods. Only goods in original condition of shipment will be accepted for return.

There is a 15% restocking fee on unapproved returns and refused orders.  All applicable return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.  We reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior authorization.

Products must be in returned in new condition and in the original packaging.  All returns are re-examined and re-weighed for quality control.  Please be sure to have all the information needed before making your purchase.
